Art India is a Brussels non-profit. For ten years we have built festivals where Indian music, dance and food meet a Belgian public — not as a visiting spectacle, but as part of the city's own cultural year.

Ten editions of the Brussels Diwali Festival
We began in 2016 with a single evening of light in Brussels. The Brussels Diwali Festival is now the largest celebration of Diwali in Belgium, held on the esplanade of the Atomium, and it has grown alongside a wider programme: a summer yoga festival in the Parc de Bruxelles, and a conservatory teaching Indian classical music year-round.
The work is run by a small permanent team and a large volunteer one, in partnership with the City of Brussels, the Atomium, the Embassy of India and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations. It is supported by companies who understand that a city's cultural life is part of what makes it liveable.
The tenth edition of the Diwali festival takes place on 24 and 25 October 2026, under the theme Culture United. For the first time, we are inviting European partners to celebrate alongside us.

Brussels Yoga Fest
A day of practice in the heart of the city, in the park facing the Royal Palace. Open classes, teachers from Belgium and India, and an introduction to yoga as it is taught at its source.
